Originally from Texas, Dustin moved to San Francisco after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and has called the city home for the past seven years, living in neighborhoods including the Castro, Dolores Heights, Russian Hill, and Rincon Hill.
He began his career in finance and technology at Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs, where he built a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of markets and investment strategy.
During this time, he began investing in real estate independently, developing a hands-on approach to evaluating opportunities and studying the San Francisco housing market. That experience ultimately led him to pursue his real estate license and transition into a full-time career in residential real estate.
